Delivery Time
Your orders are prepared once payment is confirmed and handed over to our contracted courier. As a rule, products are dispatched within 2–4 business days. The total delivery time varies with the delivery address and the courier’s workload, but never exceeds the legal maximum of 30 (thirty) days.
Shipping and Delivery Area
We deliver throughout Türkiye. Shipping fees (if any) are shown clearly on the order summary page; the terms of any free-shipping campaigns are stated on the cart page.
Inspection on Delivery
We kindly ask you to check the outer condition of the package when receiving your product from the courier. If you notice crushing, tearing, moisture or signs of impact:
- Have the courier draw up a damage assessment report before you accept the product.
- Do not accept the package, or accept it only together with the report.
- Report the situation as soon as possible to info@sit-seats.com with your order number and photos.
For damaged deliveries, a documented report keeps your exchange/return process moving quickly.
Assembly
Our products ship ready for easy setup, together with assembly instructions. Our company does not offer a separate assembly service.
