This Pre-Information Form has been prepared, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for the purpose of informing the BUYER before placing an order.

2. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS AND PRICE OF THE PRODUCT
The name, quantity, brand/model, color and essential characteristics of the product(s) subject to sale, together with the VAT-included sales price, shipping fee and total amount payable, are clearly shown on the order summary page created during the order. The prices announced on the site are the current sales prices, and VAT is included in all prices.
3. METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payments may be made by credit/debit card via secure virtual POS (iyzico infrastructure) or by bank transfer/EFT. Credit card information is not stored by the SELLER; the payment transaction is carried out through a licensed payment institution.
4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
The product is delivered by the contracted cargo company to the address specified by the BUYER in the order. Delivery is made within a legal maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation and within the periods stated on the “Delivery and Shipping” page. The shipping fee (if any) is stated in the order summary.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which they received the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The notice of withdrawal may be sent to the address info@sit-seats.com. The exercise of the right of withdrawal, its conditions and the refund process are set out in detail on the “Returns, Exchange & Right of Withdrawal” page.
6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products manufactured by personalization in line with the BUYER’s special requests/measurements/fabric, and for products which by their nature are not suitable for return in terms of health/hygiene (Article 15 of the Regulation).
7. AUTHORITY FOR COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS
The BUYER may submit their complaints and objections to the SELLER via info@sit-seats.com. In the event of a dispute, the BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the BUYER’s place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
The BUYER accepts that they have read and become informed of this Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement, and have confirmed this electronically with the order approval.
