Personal Data Processed
- Identity and contact: full name, e-mail, phone, delivery/billing address.
- Order and transaction: order contents, order date, invoice details, delivery record.
- Payment: payment is collected through a licensed payment institution (iyzico); your card details are not stored by us.
- Transaction security: IP address, cookie records, site usage logs.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
- Creating the order, collecting payment, delivering the product, and carrying out after-sales services.
- Fulfilling contractual and legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, consumer legislation).
- Managing requests/complaints and maintaining customer relations.
- Commercial electronic messaging/marketing activities, provided that you have given your explicit consent.
Legal Grounds
Your data is processed pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK on the legal grounds of “the establishment or performance of a contract”, “the fulfilment of a legal obligation”, “the legitimate interest of the data controller”, and, where necessary, “explicit consent”.
Transfer of Data
For the purpose of fulfilling the order, your personal data may be shared, in a limited manner and in connection with the purpose, with contracted shipping companies, the payment institution (iyzico), accounting/e-invoicing service providers, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations. Apart from this, your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the statute of limitations/retention periods prescribed by the relevant legislation (e.g., 10 years for commercial and tax records); at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request the correction of incomplete/incorrectly processed data; request its deletion/destruction; request that correction/deletion operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result arising against you as a consequence of analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems; and demand compensation for damages in the event that you suffer harm.

You may submit your requests regarding your rights in writing to info@sit-seats.com or to the postal address stated above. Your applications are concluded within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK.
