Warranty Terms

Legal Warranty

All products offered for sale are covered by a legal warranty under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant legislation. As required by law, products are delivered on the presumption that the goods are free from defects, and the legal warranty period is 2 (two) years from the date of delivery.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects. The warranty covers defects arising from materials and workmanship; the warranty period and scope are as stated on the product packaging/warranty certificate. If any manufacturing defect is detected, the product is repaired free of charge or, where the conditions are met, replaced with a defect-free equivalent.

Cases Outside the Scope of the Warranty

  • Malfunctions and damage arising from use contrary to the user manual.
  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation after transport, overloading, or impact.
  • Intervention, repair, or modification carried out by unauthorized persons.
  • Natural wear and tear resulting from normal use.

Warranty Claims

You may submit your warranty claims, together with your order/invoice number and images of the defect, to info@sit-seats.com. Your claim will be assessed and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
