Returns, Exchange & Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As Sit&Seats (Bk Grup Mobilya San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.), within the scope of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which you received the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Return Process

  1. Send your withdrawal/return request to info@sit-seats.com together with your order number.
  2. After your request has been approved, hand over the product to the return cargo, together with its invoice and all accessories, in its original packaging.
  3. Once the product reaches us and has been inspected, your refund is carried out using the same payment method.

Return Shipping

For returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, if the product is sent by the cargo company contracted by the SELLER, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the SELLER. For shipments made by a company other than the contracted cargo company, the shipping fee may be borne by the BUYER.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and, even if tried on, in a resalable condition.
  • The product’s original packaging, labels, invoice and accessories (if any) must be complete.
  • There must be no wear, soiling or damage resulting from use.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products (Article 15 of the Regulation):

  • Products manufactured in line with the BUYER’s requests or personal needs, personalized with custom size/custom fabric.
  • Products which by their nature are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene (if the packaging has been opened).

Exchange

You may also submit your size/color/model exchange requests via info@sit-seats.com. Depending on stock availability, an exchange or a refund is made.

Refund Period

Within at most 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which your notice of withdrawal reaches us, the product price and delivery costs are refunded to the card/account with which you made the payment. The time for refunds to credit cards to be reflected in your account depends on the processing time of the relevant bank.

Defective Product

In the event that the product you received is defective, your optional rights under Law No. 6502 (free repair, replacement with a defect-free equivalent, refund of the price, or reduction in proportion to the defect) are reserved.
